We’re designed to adapt and improve; in fact, that’s why we’re here on earth. Life is a progression—an eternal progression. By knowing how we learn, how we form new habits, and how to reach our ultimate potential, we can find happiness every day just knowing we are on the right track. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about improving every day so that we might live “after the manner of happiness” (2 Nephi 5:27).
